Pricey but worth it - Edit
Everything was super delicious. Only "complaint" is that the rolls were too big and hard to eat.
Read moreWhole section of clearly marked vegan rolls to choose from. Lots of vegan appetizers too that weren't marked vegan but waitress was helpful in letting us know. Note that miso soup is not vegan.

Before dining here I would recommend having reservations. We showed up without a reservation and had to sit at the sushi counter because all of the tables were full. Not an ideal situation for us, but we were hungry.
Read moreThe selection of vegan friendly sushi rolls was extensive and very creative. These were not your typical avocado, or cucumber vegetable rolls - which is very evident with the price of the rolls. We tried three different rolls and were very happy with each of them. Our service was okay. If we had not ended up stuck at the sushi counter we most likely would’ve had better service.

We only had a specialty "hass" roll and inari, but both were good. I've never had inari but it was incredible!! Service while seated at the bar was excellent. They also said they have a separate area for making the vegan sushi, which is reassuring.

Amazing vegan sushi, but pricey - Edit
This restaurant had the most unique and fancy vegan sushi I've ever tried! They have clear vegan labeling with many options, including vegan sushi trays, appetizers, and a dessert. The sushi was beautiful and so creative, with ingredients like bell pepper, zucchini, tofu, etc. The sushi was gourmet with prices to match, so definitely keep that in mind! I also had the vegan key lime pie dessert, which was scrumptious! I would definitely recommend trying out the vegan sushi here for something special, but stick to a typical sushi spot for more affordable options!

This is the go-to place to get sushi in Madison. Their many vegan options are all incredible... I have never starved here! Nice staff, great atmosphere, perfect for a date night or any other fancy occasion.

A friend suggested this location after working a tradeshow in the area. Surprised to find not just Vegetarian, but a complete Vegan section. There was also some other spots on the menu featuring vegan options. The food there was delicious. This place was a relief especially since not many other real vegan spots in town(salad and soup).
