Several tasty vegan options - Edit
We visited during the afternoon. Our table enjoyed the buffalo cauliflower and they packed a heat!
Read moreWe also had the tuna poke bowl without the tuna, which was very flavorful.
The So Cal is the only vegan burger option. It had an impossible patty, avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, and vegan garlic mayo served on a multi-grain bun.
It was delicious, and we hope to try the vegan brunch options.
Great location if you're visiting St. Mary's at Mayo.
Pros: several vegan options
Cons: would love if the veggie burger could be vegan

Substantial vegan breakfast sandwich - Edit
I appreciate that the menu has at least one vegan option for most categories (such as brunch, entrée, side, salad & bowl). I also appreciate being offered a choice of regular or sparking water after sitting down. The bar has paper straws you could ask for, by the way (instead of the default plastic straw).

“Substantial” is a good word to describe this breakfast sandwich. It has 2 Impossible sausage patties, a large, folded vegan egg, and some other ingredients between an “everything” bagel. A side dish isn’t really needed given the large portion size, but it would be nice if hashbrowns were a vegan option.
ABOUT PARKING
There is a public parking ramp located directly next to the restaurant. There is free parking for 0-45 minutes (after that the cost is $5 for up to 1 hour and $7 for up to 2 hours). I felt a bit rushed trying to get in and out in 45 minutes and avoid paying $5 for parking. There is free on-street parking. However, the restaurant is located across the street from the Mayo Clinic Hospital (St. Mary’s Campus) so you are competing for free street parking with hospital guests and might have to hunt a while for an open spot.
VEGAN MENU ITEMS
