Pea Sprout Salad, Zucchini Pumpkin Noodles - Edit
The vegetarian dishes at Rawsoever are RAW FOOD, i.e. the uncooked vegetables, with the original flavour of fruits and vegetables. The ingredients are simple, and the food is the crystallization of the chef's heart and mind.
Read moreThe appetizer is the salad seasoned with Chinese vinegar, sweet and sour and fresh, very delicious, with added texture by the addition of dragon fruit and small tomatoes.
There is no spaghetti in raw food. This dish of spaghetti is made of cucumber, pumpkin, carrot and zucchini, with special sesame sauce. The texture is very similar to that of spaghetti.
Pros: can taste the original flavour of vegetables, without cooking

Peaceful, friendly, informative, raw food place - Edit
I visited Rawsoever a few weeks ago to try the food. The main course menu was a daily set meal of a small salad and then a main course. On that day it was Chinese-style Dan Dan Noodles. It was made with raw zucchini noodles marinated in mildly spicy sauce made with cashew butter and tahini. It was garnished with a piece of dried eggplant. The food was tasty and quite satisfying. Cost was around $128 as I recall for the set lunch with just water to drink. The owner/operator, Peggy was very friendly and we had a good conversation about raw food, veganism and other topics since I was the only customer at that time around 230pm-430pm. Other products are available such as raw pies/cakes and a few different health drinks such as green smoothies, chia seed drink, dandelion drink, as well as various grocery items such as tahini, raw kale chips, and drink jars imported from USA. There were also leaflets and information on raw food and raw food news and directory for Hong Kong. Peggy was very knowledgable and willing to talk and answer any questions about raw food and vegan food etc. I also had a green smoothie on a different day. Cost was $40, very reasonable considering it was made of frozen mango, date and fresh greens. I recommend visiting this place if you are interested in raw food.
