Wrong labelling, rude & unprofessional staff - Edit
This might be the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant from beginning to end. Very bad vibe when entering, wrong vegan labels and wrong offers for combos on their menu. I got served dairy after double-checking with the waitress if their halloumi cheese really is a plant based option, also she charged more than I had to pay according to their lunch pack including a meal and drink of their soft drink list. Both times the waitress started discussing in a rude and not knowledgeable way. Even more unprofessional was the very aggressive and disrespectful attitude of the person in charge.

Siamo in vacanza qui a Mallorca da qualche giorno trovando con più o meno difficoltà dei ristoranti vegano o con opzioni vefane, essendo stato ieri ferragosto però giustamente molti ristoranti sono chiusi, abbiamo dato una possibilità a questo Rawcoco ed è stata una rivelazione, non solo ci sono alternative vegane come wrap con pollo vegano ma anche veri e proprii piatti pensati per essere vegani.

Having landed in Palma in the morning we were looking for somewhere that had good vegan options and this place did not disappoint. It was a really lovely setting and had great vegan options including milk options for coffee! Highly recommend!

He acudido en varias ocasiones para desayunar o hacer una comida o brunch. He probado varios de sus platos, y todo ha sido exquisito. También su cafe es bueno y tienen todo tipo de leches vegetales.
