Fantastic place to eat healthy - Edit
When we found #Raw, we ate here every day because it was the only place in the city that is truly healthy. Their food selections are great, staff friendly, and yummy desserts too. They even have raw gelato as well. They are open every day, but the kitchen closes at 4pm. They don’t close until 8pm, and even though the kitchen closes earlier, there is usually prepared food from earlier left to choose from.

I got a “Pad Thai” which was actually a big salad plate that was nice. The cacao, banana and maca smoothie was delicious as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Has outdoor seating, yet I feel it’s too close to the street and when cars went by it was a bit dusty (and scary, when it was a truck or a bus).

This place serves about 10 different raw maindishes and that made me curious. I had the Raw Vegan Pizza, which was good. For 8.50€ I expected to get a bit more flavours - the pizza dough was indeed quite good, also the bit sauce I had on it. But rest was naturally and had no special extras on it. So I guess, that 8.50€ is a bit too expensive for that. Especially regarding, that the cuttlery was made of bamboo (and broke while having my pizza) and some drinks are served in plastic cups.... So the price doesn‘t justify the food nor the way how it is served.

Delicious raw vegan food in an informal cafe setting. We had burger and pizza, both excellent quality. They make proper juices and smoothies and their raw cakes are a cheeky treat. Zen decor and lovely helpful staff.

I went here in the early evening, and they were still able to make me a pizza despite the kitchen being closed or something like that. The raw pizza was really good, and the beet juice was delicious. I came a second time and had a raw cupcake, which was very rich and quite good.

This was a tiny restaurant with a cute organic decor, nice outdoor seating and friendly staff. It’s a great place for breakfast and lunch. I had the smoothie breakfast bowl with additional coco that was yummy. Their sweets are good too.

My husband and I were craving a quick veggie filled something before a long walk, and Raw was perfect. Actually it was delicious--so much so, that we ended up taking our veggie wrap to an outside table to fully enjoy it. The tahini sauce was a wonderful touch as well. Our server couldn't have been friendly and gave us directions to a little store that sold almond milk--about 4 blocks away.

Their juice was fab, as was their wrap. They are super nice and friendly. Is defintely going to be my favortie vegan place in Firenze! So nice to see so many raw choices. Great ice cream. Keep your eyes open as I biked by it twice looking for the restaurant!

Some of the best raw food I've ever had in an amazing space. Highly recommended to both raw foodies and anyone else. I craved Focaccia and their rolls, huge salads and cupcake deserts left me satisfied with no regrets. Good prices too

Loved the menu but I waited 40 mins for a rice wrap with no apology. There weren't enough tables to eat in so I had to share. It also opened 30 minutes later than advertised. Annoying experience.

Was glad to find a vegan eatery for lunch near the Pitti Palace. However, it was a little too Gwyneth Paltrow for me.
Read moreFor the millionth time: "Vegan does not = gluten free!". But I'm afraid this place seems to appeal more to the food faddist avoiding anything resembling a grain.
While our mains looked absolutely beautiful, they consisted of far too much raw cabbage and carrot at the expense of flavour.
The pineapple, basil and coconut juice was outstanding, however.

Read moreI'm vegan but I'm not a raw vegan. I never thought a cold burger could be nice... jeez was I wrong! The raw burger was amazing. My girlfriend got the wrap and she loved hers. We also got some cake to take away which was really nice!
Make sure you also get a cacao latte!
Some times it's nice for a break away from the usual or not too healthy vegan foods. This place does really nice food and it's all healthy so you don't feel crappy after it!
A must for any vegan visiting Florence!

Went here a couple of times, trying the salad broccoli nori salad and a wrap. My partner also got a nice juice. Regrettably we didn't try any of the raw cake! Service was very fast and friendly. Seating inside and out. Recommended visiting. Expect restaurant prices.
