Fancy Vegan Options - Edit
I visited a friend in Rostock, Germany. We also went to Neuer Markt and ate at "Ratskeller 12" there.

I had the “Vegan Hemp Bread Dumpling”.
The dish consists of a homemade hemp bread dumpling, creamy mushroom ragout, fresh baby spinach, oven-baked tomatoes, caramelized nuts, red pesto.
(I did not like the red pesto. The dish itself was delish!)
