Nice try, no taste

I must say I was enthousiastic when I saw the menu: they really made an effort. The staff was very friendly. And because it was the asparagus season I choose the vegan dish 'asparages with cauliflower schnitzel'.

Now there are various way to make a tasty steak or schnitzel out of caulifliower, but this one was a slice of cauliflower, deep-fried in a batter, not seasoned - or at least not noticeably.

The potatoes needed quite a bit of salt and pepper to be seasoned at the table.

It was a valiant effort, but I wish the chef tasted his own dishes.

Pros: Very nice staff, They do an effort to ad vegan dishes to the menu

Cons: No taste
