One of the best vegan places I have ever been to - Edit
Ratatouille is definitely one of the best places I've ever been to. A comprehensive place (restaurant, bakery, deli, pastry shop, cafeteria, vegan grocery, and kitchen school), is run by four young, active vegans who literally spoil their customers and their tastebuds. Food is organic, fresh-made, and delicious of course. Bakery and pastry products are also baked in their oven daily, and you can get decadent cakes, beautiful petits-fours, scrumptious pralines and a lot of other yummy sweets. They also have an Italian-style deli where you can have your vegan salami or prosciutto thinly sliced on the spot (and the flavour changes a lot from the pre-packaged cold cuts). In their grocery it is also possible to buy a lot of vegan products which may be hard to find, such as vegan fish, hard and soft cheese, sour cream, whipping cream, milk and white chocolate, egg replacers, fresh vegan artisan's cheese. Definitely THE place to go when in Turin.

Sono stata da Ratatouille per il pranzo ed ho apprezzato la vasta scelta tra i vari gusti di pizza (tutti buonissimi) e i piatti caldi, in più ci sono tante torte e dolci che dovrò sicuramente assaggiare la prossima volta!

Pur vivendo in provincia, non sono spessissimo a Torino e non avevo mai fatto caso prima a questa pasticceria 100% vegan, che da sola mi fa venire voglia di trasferirmi in città: ottime paste secche (straordinari i baci di dama).

Went here for a late lunch and had a slice of pizza each and then some cakes. The cakes are amazing - choux pastry was amazing first time having it vegan. Had coffees too which were lovely. Lots of lovely vegan goodies to buy too. We even got a take away to have before our flight home that night. The chocolate croissant was amazing we’ve been dreaming of it since then!

They nailed the choux pastry - something I believed to be impossible! The best part about the place are desserts. Don't be tempted by the biscuit counter at the front, move straight to the cake counter at the back. Dessert classics made exceptionally well and not too sweet. We did not care for the focaccia bread because it should be more spongy.

Everything about Ratatouille is great: fully vegan, lots of options (both sweet and savoury), delicious taste, polite staff, attractive interior.
Read moreThis is the only place I could find that had vegan cannoli and they did not disappoint. Creamy, pistschio-y and not too sweet 😋. The other pastries I tried were tasty too. I also asked for some focaccia to go and I really liked it: the mixed veggies, the savoury cheese, the spongey dough... 💯! And all for a very good price, too.
A must go for me. Will visit again if I ever come back to Turin.

Walking into this place as a vegan is breathtaking. Seeing as vegans usually have one or maybe two choices at a bakery, waking into Ratatouille is overwhelming (in a good way!). The fridges and display cases are stocked to the brim with vegan goodies and everything we tasted was great!

Il cibo è ok, anche se la qualità è peggiorata nel tempo. Però purtroppo la disponibilità verso la clientela lascia molto a desiderare. Qualche esempio: sono una cliente abituale e una volta ho chiesto se potevo ricaricare il telefono, mi è stato risposto che non c'erano prese libere; la titolare non interagisce più con la clientela, se è da sola dietro il bancone suona il campanellino per chiamare le cameriere e NON SALUTA; abbondano i divieti ovunque, per qualsiasi cosa. Ci vado perché è vicino a casa ma il modo in cui si viene trattate anche da clienti abituali è imbarazzante.

Concordo, potrebbe essere una piccola oasi ma anche io, pur cliente abituale, una volta su due esco con l’amaro in bocca per la scontrosità della titolare. Il che risulta ancora più paradossale in un locale in cui ad ogni parete ci sono frasi come “Joy” e “Smile”… e aggiungo che anche i prezzi avrebbero bisogno di una limata.

Unbeatable bakery with more options then anywhere else in Italy! Available for lunch/dinner as well as for sweets. It’s great they also have a shop where you can buy your meats, cheese, fish, home items, and more. An absolute must while in Torino!

I went here in 2016, I visited Turin for a day with two others and they were happy to go here. I remember everything was perfect and there were too many delicious choices and a fun shop. Grest decor and atmosphere.

A prova di onnivoro, tutto ciò che assaggerete sarà assolutamente identico se non meglio al sapore tradizionale. Dalle cioccolate ai pasticiotti leccesi, fino ad arrivare a torte al pistacchio. Fornitissimi anche di un negozio tutto veg.

Non so come definire questo locale che ha di tutto. Nasce come pasticceria - fornitissima, dai pastìccini ai biscotti alle torte …- ma è anche gastronomia salata e mini market. Si può fare pranzo o aperitivo, non è aperto per cena. Quando metto piede in questo locale entro nel mio Veg-world e mi sento a casa…☺️
