Added to Happy Cow

I’ve been here several times and it’s so good that I submitted them to be added to Happy Cow. It’s the best vegan Indian food I’ve had in any city, but it comes in an unexpected location - a truck stop.

There are several vegan dishes but all the bread (even chapati) has some dairy. The reason I know this is because the woman at the counter takes “fully veg” very seriously - which is awesome!

Pros: Food quality, Number of choices, Prices

Cons: No vegan bread
