I was pretty bummed about the buns(sorry previous reviewers not vegan) BUT they have really good cocktails, and the tofu rice bowl was the bomb. You won’t miss that bun after your bowl comes out and you dig in to crispy tofu with that tasty sauce. Seriously one of the best meals I’ve had in bend, vegan of course.

Read moreThey have a limited menu but their two vegan options are incredible! You can either have the tofu bao buns or the tofu rice bowl.
The coconut rice you get in the bowl is so yummy. The bao buns are fluffy but dense at the same time, super comforting. The tofu is light and crispy and the sauce is delicious. Our favorite tiki drinks are the Saturn and the Macadamia Nut Chi Chi.
The atmosphere is incredible. They play island inspired music and the walls are covered in tiki decor and plants that make you feel like you're in a rainforest. It is truly a tropical oasis in our little mountain town!
The service is top notch! They always recognize us and make us feel special when we come in. Everyone there works very hard to make it an awesome experience.
My boyfriend and I go to Rapa Nui at least once a week. It is a bit spendy for sure, but totally worth it.
I recommend Rapa Nui as the perfect spot for a date, meeting up with friends, or just treating yourself to lunch/dinner while you shop the Old Mill!

Read moreThey currently only have a few vegan food items on the menu. (Hoping they’ll add more vegan specials) UPDATE: we were able to get two of their daily special salads made vegan with tofu - so yummy!!
We had Bao Buns & Coconut Rice Bowl with tofu and veggies/slaw, both very tasty.
Super friendly service and fun atmosphere!
