Huge page of vegan options! - Edit
The food at Rangoli is fresher, less oily, and less salty than other Indian places in town, without losing any of the flavor. Creamy dishes use cashew cream. We almost always get the samosas which have the most delicious green mayo sauce. Owners are very knowledgeable about plant-based dining. Very busy at lunch for takeout. The Indian mini eggplants are so good! It's hard for me to decide, and I am always planning my next choices. Oh, and I recently learned about their crispy bread called porotta which is better than naan (which almost always has yogurt or butter except for here).
Read moreWhen you look at the online menu, you will see the third tab "Vegan" where you can see all the vegan dishes, a very long page! I am so grateful for that since I hate picking through a menu to find the vegan stuff. It is BYOB. There is a large gravel parking lot in the back that you enter from the alley.

This was our first experience eating Indian food. It was amazing! We will be sure to order from here again next time we are in town.

Perfect Food - Edit
The food is amazing. HappyCow will not let more than 4 stars be put on a review unless a restaurant is fully veg only, which is silly at best. This restaurant is far better than most veg places I've been to.

Yum! - Edit
I’m so happy to have tried this place! The owners were super friendly and accommodating. I ordered the spinach dal and some vegan naan and somoas and everything was delicious! They made sure that my food was vegan and that everything was correct multiple times. (Ordered over the phone since takeout only due to COVID) Definitley a new favourite while I’m in town!

Tasty! - Edit
Since this place is a little out of my way, i went all out and ordered three dishes: veg egg roll, spinach paneer, and Indian eggplant. Although the veg roll contained more potato’s than vegetables it was still delicious. So were the other two items - which i am still eating. The staff was also super friendly when i called my order in and when i picked it up. I highly recommend it!

Must Try - Edit
I tried Rangoli's for the first time & was amazed by their customer service skills. Both employees that I had the pleasure of dealing with were very kind & enthusiastic and very knowledgable about the menu. I definitely recommend giving Rangoli's a try!

We love Rangoli! The food is amazingly fresh and tastes so great. The spinach dal with nan is my favorite. The husband and wife that owns and operates the restaurant are lovely as well.

Cute little hole in the wall - Edit
This place was delicious. Had to ask a lot of questions and make sure all animal products were removed or served on the side (I was with a meat eater) but the owner was so nice and also hilarious. I ordered the spinach dal which I finished eating before I realized I forgot to take a picture. My friend got the chicken tikka and raved about it. The garlic naan (without butter brushed on top) was amazing and isn’t made with yogurt like a lot of other naan breads. We also shared a chickpea crackerball “dessert” and potato crackerball “dessert”. (I say “dessert” not because they were sweet, but because we thought we were ordering appetizers and then we learned that these dishes were meant to be eaten after your entree. Who would have thought?) Had to have the yogurt served on side, but they were both so good. Very unique but talking to the owner about the menu items was really fun. I would highly recommend.
