Hit the spot but not my #1 vegan za - Edit
I was really excited and happy to see Ranch added a vegan option to their menu. I hadn’t eaten here in a few years due to my dietary shifts. I thought the crust tasted great although it was extremely light on the cheese which is funny because I remember their dairy pizza being a total cheese bomb. I’d say this was a 3-3.5/5 for me. With Wild Child and Scottie’s in the neighborhood and Boxcar or Red Sauce delivery it’d be hard to make this my first choice. More of a “I’m going to Ranch anyway with friends so now I have something to eat there”. I think it would kick it up a notch to have a dairy free ricotta option at Ranch, or to add it at home. I didn’t add toppings because it was $1/extra topping for this quarter pie and that seemed like a lot at the time of ordering for a small serving.

Update: I recently had a way better vegan slice at the Baerlic Ranch in SE. vegan cheese was still a lil slim tho.

Upcharge for vegan, aka no cheese - Edit
I was charged an additional $2 for a vegan pizza, which was just… pizza without the cheese. Haven’t been here in a while since last time I came they put pig meat on the pizza I ordered vegan, and when I called they told me that lots of people do that. Which is great, but I ordered VEGAN. You can find much better options elsewhere.

Satisfying Detroit Style Pizza - Edit
Detroit style pizza with quality ingredients including vegan cheese and sausage. Available by the slice (1/4) or full pie. Probably better for takeaway or delivery, but there are a few seats in/outdoors. Always hits the spot.
