However, the vegan stir-fried noodles and gyozas were not so nice.
The noodles came with a side dish of two-deep-fried gyozas in a vanilla sauce. I asked about the vanilla sauce and they figured out that it contained milk! That’s strange for a place that seems like it’s a part of a restaurant chain. The noodles were not too bad, but a bit mushy, with the sauce being too starchy. The accompanying vegetables were fresh, though, so that was good.
The gyozas were a waste of money, unless you like eating dough. There were hardly any vegetables in them, it was just greasy dough.
The staff was friendly and the place spacious and airy. But this did not hide the fact that the dishes didn’t rise above a fast-food taste.
Pros: Spacious, open restaurant, Tasty vegan Vietnamese noodles
Cons: Mediocre taste of stir-fried noodles and gyozas, Added a milk-based side dish to a vegan menu item

Die Ramensuppe hat mich persönlich nicht umgehauen. Auch kam meine Bestellung falsch an (ohne Curry) was mich jetzt nicht soo großartig gestört hat.
Das Personal war dennoch nett und zuvorkommend, der Laden ist toll und man kann sich bequem hinsetzen und unterhalten.
Der Laden ist dennoch zu empfehlen!

Cool Asian fusion choices! - Edit
Tried the rice with Mapo Tofu and vegetables (yum!), as well as the fried rice with vegetables (a bit bland for my taste) and left with a very positive impression. Would recommend!
