Serves meat, vegan options available. Ramen restaurant by the lake. Menu does not specify vegan, but when ordering, ask for vegan ramen with udon or with soba and vegetables. Stays open in the evening.
I speak Japanese and while the owner confidentiality said 'the vegetable noodles don't have fish', I asked him to check and it turns out all their ramen have soup stock in them.
Very nice people, do not speak English but try very hard to understand you.
They don't know "vegan" but just ask what dishes are only vegtables.
Also, tea is complimentary and delicious! 😋
