Incredibly filling! - Edit
This place literally saved us, because on a Saturday evening in the center of Oviedo it is impossible to find free seats in a cafe! And there in Ramen Shifu were free seats, thank God!
Read moreThe menu has several marked vegan options, three types of ramen, two types of gyoza, one bao. The dishes are brought very quickly, the waitress is super-nice. I ordered Miso Pinattsu vegan ramen, my husband took Age gyozas veganas and Bao bun Nuku nashi. Keep in mind that Miso Pinattsu vegan ramen is really filling, although the portion does not seem huge. While I was eating, the noodles swelled in the broth, and were not going to end! I was physically tired of eating them 😂 In general, this ramen has a lot of dense ingredients, so this dish is very filling. And very tasty, I definitely recommend it.
I did not try the bao and gyoza (after ramen, I could not fit a bite!), but my husband said that they were "okay". Overall, I definitely recommend visiting Ramen Shifu in Oviedo.
