I’m overjoyed I found that place as I’m a huge fan of ramen and this to me is the best ramen I've tried so far on the island. The owner lived and worked in cuisines in Japan from a very young age, so no wonder the taste is authentic. I had a plant based version of the weekly special with pak choi, savoury shiitake, corn, delicious noodles and a creamy broth with a rich umami flavour that satisfies you deeply. Prices are affordable for the great quality, even the gyozas and the kimchi are homemade. The space is very cozy with a warm ambiance that makes you feel at home and the staff is very friendly as well.
