Good, although not 100% convincing - Edit
Really nice staff, vegetarian ramen can be made vegan upon request. You can sit at the bar and watch the chef.
Read moreTwo vegan options called miso ramen and Kara miso ramen. I'm not an expert, but I don't think it's a traditional miso broth, it tasted more like tantan with sesame seeds.
I liked that they served it with tofu!

had the vegetarien spicy miso ramen. if you remove the egg it's vegan. the broth was sooo good! highly recommend.
