Nice ramen! - Edit
Ramen Kitanoya is a small restaurant, make sure to arrive on time or be prepared to wait in line outside! The restaurant does not take any reservations. When seated, you’ll get the menu from the staff. You’ll order and pay via an online menu accessible with a QR-code which can be found on the table. We ordered the (spicy) goma miso ramen (added nori) and tofu gyoza. The tofu gyoza was very nice. The ramen was really good too. The noodles had a good texture and the broth was very flavorful. Sometimes creamy broths have the tendency to thicken up but this one didn’t which I liked. We will certainly visit again.

Good ramen - Edit
Had the "dry" vegan ramen with Sichuan peppers / yuzu and tofu. Flavours were really good but I did miss texture in this ramen. Everything, apart from the nice and firm noodle, was soft.
Read moreThey had an issue this evening with the noodle machine, so we had to wait long time. When they made a mistake with the order of the orders, it was almost impossible to communicate in English or Dutch with them. I could tell they mean well but it might be good to try to do something about this.
