Nice ramen restaurant - Edit
They offered vegan ramen and goyzas and salad. A cute cozy restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. We shared a premium ramen and it was enough for two people.

Para mí este local es uno de mis favoritos de ramen, tienen un sabor bien rico, cuentan con proteína vegana, toppings ricos, contundente y además en en la carta tienen otras opciones veganas (bien caras eso sí).

De los primeros locales de ramen en Santiago, sabor asiático asegurado pero es muy caro, siempre lleno, las opciones veganas son acotadas. Y además la última vez que fui mis amigos se enfermaron del estómago.

I liked the vegan ramen. It wasn’t spectacular but still worth to try. It could be a little too salty for some, for me was ok. I couldn’t try the proper recipe cause they ran out of tofu. The waitress was very polite and detailed some of the menu the ingredients to one of my friends that wanted to know more about vegetarian/vegan options.

Read moreThe gyoza was very doughy, not delicate at all and there was inexplicably sweetcorn in huge amounts with everything.
The ramen was ok, a little blandy boredom but my partner got the tofu salad which was a bit of a joke. It wasn't dressed it just came with lemon slices and it wasn't seasoned and the avocado pictured with it wasn't included. It looked like the bed of lettuce you see fish served on but minus the fish, it was not a 7,000 pesos salad to my mind.

Best Food I’ve had in Santiago - Edit
I was wondering why this place had such a low rating (turns out because it is not vegan it is impossible to give it 5 stars on the app!). I haven’t been in Santiago long, but so far I’ve eaten at a retaurant on the World’s 50 Best list and a cafe I found on this app with great ratings. So far I’ve hated all the food I’ve had here and found it almost inedible. This ramen place was not only the only good food experience I’ve had in Santiago so far, it was really tasty in general! I could see it being a ramen place in NYC (where I’m from and work as a chef). I had the non spicy vegi miso ramen with sides of edamame and rice. Good food, cute little place and nice people!

Went for late dinner on a Saturday night with my husband. We were told about this place by the owner of the “suculenta sangucheria vegana” where we went first, but unfortunately they had already closed their kitchen. Well, it ended up to be a great dinner at the Ramen Kintaro!!

They offer one vegan ramen dish in two options: spicy and not spicy. Both are tasty and filling (with corn, mushrooms, greens and tofu). My personal highlight was the tofu which was among the best I’ve ever had.

They have one vegan option: the Ramen, but it's AWESOME. The tofu is the best part of it. The personal also is very kind. I fully recommend this place.

You can get the ramen vegan, and choose between mild and spicy. It is delicious. However it’s the only option available. I would definitely go back for this ramen though. Service is okay (asked for my drink without a plastic straw at least 3 times.. as they were quite slow and my drink came with two plastic straws).
