Ramen y entrantes sabrosos - Edit
He ido a varios Kagura y me gusta ver como poco a poco van añadiendo productos veganos a su carta. Tanto el ramen de miso con tofu como las croquetas de calabaza están buenísimas. Sobre todo estas últimas no te las puedes perder ☺️ Tienen opciones vegetarianas también.

Amazing, very cheap vegan ramen - Edit
I went to Kagura when it just opened, way before going vegan. Back then it was relatively unknown but it blew up quickly due to it being cheap and very flavorful. Stopped going when I went vegan bc although its vegetarian ramen was a 10/10, noodles were made with egg.
Read moreNowadays it seems like it's equally as good, there's always a huge line on the door. But there's clearly tagged vegan options and the taste Is superb. Servings size is ginormous and the kitchen is very fast. Despite having limited options, I couldn't recommend them any harder in spite of that.

i had the spicy ramen with spinach noodles and it was well done. i found it to be lacking a bit in vegetables though. the dish was 50% ramen 35% broth 10% tofu and not much else going for it. still worth the trip!

Posiblemente el mejor ramen que puedes encontrar en Madrid con opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Sería ideal si ofrecieran más entrantes veganos (solo hay edamame) y al menos una opción 100 % vegetal de postre. Pero solo por el ramen merece la pena.
