Several vegan options - Edit
They have multiple vegan ramen options here. I tried the shoyu and also got the vegan bao appetizer. I will be back to try the other broth options!

made me love ramen - Edit
I was never crazy about ramen, but I love all of their vegan ramen! Sometimes I also get extra veggies instead of noodles. It’s not cheap but always filling and satisfying.

Simply Delicious! - Edit
The vegan options here are delicious. I highly recommend this place. The downside is that there is always a line, space is limited, and the chairs are not very comfortable. I still believe that the quality of the food more than compensates these issues

Delicious Ramen! - Edit
It was a rainy night and we decided to check out Ramen Ishida. What a wonderful surprise. It is a small shop with about 10 counter seats. Very small but efficient kitchen. We ordered the Spicy Mushroom Ramen with Tofu—the broth was rich and hearty with a great kick of spice. We also ordered the Vegan Miso Ramen which had a flavorful broth and lots of veggies. The noodles they use are fresh with a good chew/bite. The food was ready within minutes and the small staff was lovely. They have the biggest Asian soup spoons I have ever used and now I need to get some for my home! Will go back again next time we are in New York.

Best vegan ramen - Edit
To say this is the best ramen in New York isn’t even cutting it, it’s very difficult to find vegan ramen - AMAZING vegan ramen. And even if the vegan ramen arena was crowded this place would still stand out!
Read moreIt’s also a great place to go out and eat socially because there is vegan ramen and there meat counter parts! Plus Japanese beer and sake, and a few vegan appetizers. Like the classic edamame or my favorite the homemade potato salad. You can taste the dedication and time put into handcrafting the ramen and it’s consistently delicious because the Chef is also the owner!
Ramen is not the same for me, and I haven’t been able to eat and fully enjoy any other ramen since finding ramen ishida! Which i am totally Okk with😄I highly recommend everyone to try all 3 ramens available to us Vegans! You will love them!
Pros: One of a kind vegan dish, Good price, Cool casual spot
