Fun and delicious evening!

A great learning experience making ramen from scratch then getting to eat it after! Staff were fun and helpful in explaining every step of the process... from kneading and pounding the dough, to choosing the right miso/soy/salt mix for individual taste. The end result was delicious! Adapting to vegan was not a problem and they had separate miso and ingredients that were vegan (each table had their own bowls so no mixing of tools). I think you book two at a time and make them together so both people need to book the vegan option. As every pair is cooking at slightly different/staggered timings, you do end up next to people cooking with meat, but the tools and bowls are never mixed at any stage. There is a muslim prayer room which is a nice touch for those that need it.

Pros: Easy vegan option to book, Tools, bowls and ingredients kept separate, Delicious and fun!

Cons: Watch out when pounding the dough, can hurt!, Other people are cooking meat (small amount)

Making vegan ramen

Ramen is a traditional Japanese culture, but here you can make it with a vegan version. It was so fun that I will come again.

A once in a life time experience

Guided make your own bowl of ramen. More than a restaurant. Vegan broth is available. Reservations are recommended

Pros: So much fun you do most of the work, 60 to 90 minute lessons guided by friendly staff, You will be surprised that you made it yourself

Cons: It is expensive for a bowl of ramen , You pay for the experience more than the ramen, Not for those who just want a bowl of ramen
