Poor

The ramen in this place is not good, nor authentic. The vegan ramen is tasteless and isn’t worth the money.

Amazing vegan ramen!

I visited here yesterday with my other half for the first time, he had been before but not when he was vegan. I got the vegan tantantem ramen which was delicious - a super tasty broth which wasn’t too spicy with plenty of vegan mince and vegan noodles. He got a spicier ramen which was a special which could also be made vegan and it looked incredible! We also shared a portion of the vegetable gyoza which were vegan - they also have spinach gyoza that are vegan too - and they were some of the best gyoza I have ever tried. The had a couple of vegan beers, and a few vegan sides too but we never tried those - plenty of options though!

Pros: Vegan options were clearly marked , Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, Fair price for what you get portion/quality wise

Cons: No vegetables in the vegan tantantem

Comforting Ramen on a Rainy Night

It's awesome Ramen Tayo has two vegan main dishes: the vegan tantanmen and vegan ramen.

I tried the tantanmen which was deliciously spicy, and it has mock meat mince in it too. There's no veg in the dish - if you want veg, get the vegan ramen dish.
Portion sizes are decent.

If you're a party of 1 or 2, you'll be seated on the bar stools. Tables are for parties of 3 or more but there are hardly any tables so be sure to book in advance.

Pros: Hot ramen, perfect for rainy days, Fast food, Easy to find

Cons: No tofu, Gets busy, book if you can
