I had the vegan paitan ramen. As other reviewers have already noted, the tofu is quite bland. The broth was not too flavorful. The noodles were overcooked. It was supposed to be a creamy base but it was still quite watery. The place was quite packed and the staff were running around so maybe their meat-based options are better. I still enjoyed my meal as I do really like ramen and it was a lot better after a lil chili oil but I wouldn’t come back

They have two vegan ramen (one was gluten-free). The tofu and noodles were tasty but nothing veery special.

Very tasty ramen, tofu is so-so - Edit
Two types of vegan ramen: paitan ramen & gluten free miso ramen. I ordered paitan and a friend veggie miso, both were really good. The only negative is the tofu, which drags the dish down. It is not marinated and the consistency could be better. Would definitely order again, but remove the tofu.

Section of the menu fully devoted to vegetarian/clearly labelled vegan ramen! Also a vegan/gluten free miso ramen. Food was amazing and so comforting 10/10 will definitely be back.

They have two vegan main dishes, we both had the vegan paitan ramen which was very tasty! I did have better tofu in ramen and I also don‘t understand why the vegan options are same prized or more expensive than the meat alternatives. I would also prefer to have proper chopsticks than those very cheap wooden sticks with wood splinters. But don‘t get me wrong, the overall taste is very great and we enjoyed our stay ♥️

Had one of the two vegan main dish options: Paitan ramen, and it was very good! They offer some vegan side dishes as well. Would recommend over all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants when in Haarlem!
