RR is the best vegan ice cream I’ve had in over 30 years. Mary’s flavors are SO INCREDIBLE. Plus you can bring your score into the Bye n Bye and hang out w drinks or after you eat.

Soft serve! - Edit
Really enjoyed the soft serve - got the vanilla and pineapple twist! The pineapple had turmeric and ginger in it which gave it a “healthy” taste which I enjoyed but definitely didn’t mimic a classic soft serve ice cream.

Vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free. Heaven!! I got a half scoop of each Kate-friendly flavor (date cardamom and brown coconut sugar caramel, both divine) and savored each bit. Delicious. I messaged on IG to make sure it was open before going.

Sunbutter Could Be Better - Edit
I ordered the Sunbutter Cup with white chocolate magic shell. The ice cream was a good consistency, but I didn't really like the flavor. The magic shell didn't work very well on the ice cream because of its shape, so I suggest skipping it unless you order soft serve.

A vegan ice cream witch - Edit
And I say that with 100% love and admiration. Mary is truly a witch with ice cream. We joke that she could sprinkle dirt on it and it would somehow be absolutely delicious. She takes so many things I’d NEVER think to put on ice cream and makes a masterpiece. Undoubtedly, she is an artist. I am humbled by her creative genius. You’re playing yourself if you don’t stop by when you’re in Portland.

The blueberry twist soft serve was scrumptious with the orange blossom syrup. The date cardamom icecream pairs best with the coconut sugar caramel sauce. Many toppings and reasonable pricing.
