Good but few options - Edit
While Rakuichi doesn’t have a ton of vegan options, they do have good ramen and the vegan option is clearly labeled. It didn’t seem like there was a way to add tofu since the fried tofu wasn’t labeled vegan. The staff is friendly, fast, and attentive.
