A good amount of vegan options which was nice! The crispy vegan gyoza was very tasty! We tried the vegan buns as well, the texture of the dough was great, I, personally don’t like mushrooms (as a vegan it’s shameful, i know) so it wasn’t for me. I got the vegan quartz ramen and it was fine. It didn’t seem to have much to it. The broccolini on it wasn’t cooked well, I only really could eat part of it. All in all, it was fine.

There are plenty of vegan dishes plus they can also change out other dishes to vegan alternatives.

Not worth the money - Edit
Makes no sense to charge the same for vegan ramen because you only get broth, noodles, some mushrooms, and a few cubes of tofu. They charge extra for veggies and kale noodles. I do give them 5 stars for using vegetable broth for all dishes and it is very delicious. If you want to spend over $20 for a proper ramen dish, then you will enjoy it.

Great option while shopping - Edit
This restaurant had several vegan options some weren't ramen. The noodles weren't ramen noodles, they were wheat, which was surprising but I wasn't mad about it by the end. I really felt light and like I was eating something good for me with this bowl of ramen. It is a great choice while you are shopping at Towne Square.

First Omni ramen shop where all broths are plant-based that I have visited. Three ramens can be made vegan. And there are so many other options. If you like brussel sprouts, get theirs. One of the best I’ve had. #Veganuary

Their broth is 100% plant-based and delicious with the option to spice it up, vegan noodle options, and their vegan bao bun is a tasty starter
