Finally! Good vegan ramen. - Edit

They have quite a few vegan options. Goof flavor. Tofu in the ramen was cooked so well!

I ordered the Garnet Vegan ramen & we shared the Crispy Vegan Gyozas. The gyozas were good. They had a lot of flavor, a slice of lemon, and a yummy dipping sauce. The ramen had mushrooms, corn, and tofu. All the broth in the restaurant is plant-based based and it was so good! The noodles tasted very fresh. They had many other dishes I'd love to try. They have a Quartz Vegan ramen, vegan buns, vegan rolls, and an avocado tofu bowl. Plus they have the standard seaweed salad, edamame, Brussels sprouts, and bean sprouts on the appetizer section of the menu. I look forward to returning to try more.
