Several options

Some vegan friendly meals, others can be veganised, just ask. I did ask about the vegan option of the breakfast stack, and the waitress didn't know that eggs weren't vegan but she asked the chef who knew more. I ended up getting the coconut bircher which was delicious.
No surcharge for soy milk.

Pros: Lots of options can be vegan and are clear labeled, No surcharge for soy milk, Nice atmosphere
