They do have some vegan options but they aren't listed as such on the board. If you ask they will explain what is vegan and you can make your bagel like that.
However tbh the bagels weren't particularly nice. Stodgy bread of one variety and minimal filling choices. Overpriced and too hot inside the shop. Not worth it.
I went to Raffi's and tried the bagel of the month, which is veggie/vegan, with lentil burger, roasted pepper paste, marinated carrot, and arugula. A crunchy and chewy but delicate bagel with tasty and fresh fillings, packed with flavour, a real delight :)
Raffi 's bagels not only offer delicious bagels but also think through the origin and process of the ingredients used, striving to always serve house-made, local, and seasonal products.
The bagels are made in house (as are all sauces, pastes, etc), using only natural ingredients. For the time being only one bagel is vegan (the plain bagel) the others having egg-wash/honey.
There are many vegan filling options such as lentil burger, roasted pepper paste, hummus, avocado, marinated carrot, zucchini, cucumber and pickled cucumber, olives, peanut butter, jam, etc.
Most of the salads and bagels on the menu can easily be made vegan upon request by removing or replacing one ingredient. The green juices/smoothies are vegan and they offer vegetable milk for the coffee.
They're also studying the possibility of offering vegan vegetable cheeses, although the options already available are full of flavour and texture without cheese being needed.
They are very environmental conscious, regularly sharing tips on how to have a more sustainable lifestyle, have their own aromatic herb garden, and have a very positive attitude towards veganism, which they seem to be embracing.
We hope that they will continue and expand their vegan options, covering also desserts, brunch, etc :-)

Back garden - Edit
Cute space in the back of the restaurant. Not a lot of vegan options but clearly marked as such on the menu and very tasty 😁

Pros: A vegan bagel, seemingly the only one in Lisbon!
