First Restaurant with clearly labeled vegan dishes. Western and Thai dishes, breakfast, dinner and desserts.

Ok - Edit
Definitely not a most plant based restaurant. I’d say about 40% of the menu is or can be made vegan.
Read moreI ordered the v meat burger which came with a chicken meat substitute patty and I was expecting a beef substitute. I didn’t like the burger, though it wasn’t what I was expecting. I also got the cashew cheesecake, it was very nice. The staff are very knowledgeable about what vegan means and very helpful.

Flavorless but really dedicated to eco-life - Edit
The concept and idea of the resort is beautiful. Walking around is really otherworldly and stunning. We saw the vegan sign on the street and gave it a shot. Staff friendly, menu clearly labeled. Unfortunately, the two dishes lacked flavor and the only vegan cake wasn't available that day.

Cons: Expensive and no flavor

So called "plant based Cafe" but mostly non vegan stuff - Edit
Misleading name, many meat and fish options. Nevertheless vegan options available but during our stay, all three vegan deserts were not available.
Read moreToo fancy, too expensive, food doesn't look good although it's so pricy. Won't come back.

All too promising - Edit
Home grown veggies, loads of vegan options on the menu, cleanest powder rooms on our trip all framed in a beautifully aged "eco" resort. Sounds wholesome, sounds good!
Read moreEnded up upstairs in the restaurant trying a tasty but tiny TST Sandwich with mediocre fries accompanied by a green detox juice for a breathtaking 260 THB (price not on the menu). It's overpriced and we wouldn't return.

Not sure if vegan - Edit
Food was okay, the taste nothing special. The staff doesn't speak english tough. I ordered a vegan burger that was supposed to come without cheese. They served me one with cheese, which was most likely not vegan.

The Spa Koh Chang resort offers a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. - Edit
The Spa Koh Chang resort offers a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. Since we stayed there I tried a lot of different dishes, I especially liked the healthy fruit shakes, green and red curry with tofu. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and diner. Dining can be either inside or on the balcony with a beautiful view to the mangrove. Meals are a bit more expensive than elsewhere on the island, but the location is very beautiful for nature lovers and the east coast of the island doesn’t have a lot of other restaurants. But the restful and isolated surrounding is a nice experience for nature lovers.
Read morePros: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options , Beautiful mangrove surrounding, very restful , Healthy shakes and juices
Cons: Prices are higher than other restaurants

Ok, if you're coming back hungry from Long Beach - Edit
Saw all the 'plant based restaurant' signs and chose to eat here on the way back from beautiful Long Beach.
Read moreThe restaurant is not plant-based (i.e. there's meat, fish...) but they do have many vegan dishes. I'm not sure why all the signs say plant-based.
Prices are medium to high, noting we are on an island, and this side of the island has very little in the way of hotels, restaurants, and shops.
Fresh coconut - small, but good
Iced latte - good
(...but why the plastic cup and lid, for a sit-down meal? At least they are trying with degradable straws.)
Pulled mushroom bbq sauce burger - good, but not filling enough for a hungry male.
Tofu burger -
... They forgot to make it or didn't take my order correctly. 🤷🏻
There is also a plant meat burger but nobody knew enough English to explain what the plant meat was. I know it would be soy/wheat/mushroom, but maybe it's a brand like beyond or impossible. In a fancy resort, they should be able to explain what brand/type of plant meat they're using.
Pros: Lots of Veg'n options
Cons: Price , Service , Portion size

Nothing special - Edit
We found this place by chance, there are signs on the road advertising a plant-based cafeteria and these led us to the Spa resort. The restaurant was a little hard to find, you have to enter the resort and park next to the reception, and there go up to a nice terrace. The views are beautiful. We went for breakfast and they were also serving hotel guests. The menu has vegan, vegetarian and raw options clearly labeled. We ordered a sandwich and scrambled tofu and it was nothing special, not very tasty and quite expensive. I'm not sure if all the staff are aware of what vegan means.

Very beautiful place, good food, but expensive - Edit
The location is very beautiful, in a very nice resort surrounded by lush vegetation.
Read moreWe had thai vegan dishes and they were good although not exceptional and the prices are definitely on the high end. You can get the same for half price in other places (maybe because it's low season the master cooks are not here so the food wasn't super impressive to compensate the price?)
But we don't know yet of any decent place to eat in the east coast so this is an option for once in a while.

Place with a great view and nice food - Edit
Food was good, but vegan breakfast options are very limited if you book a room incl. breakfast. Keep in mind that raw choices take 45 min to prepare.

OK - not as tasty as others - Edit
Stunning location! Food was pleasant enough but lacked a bit of punch in flavour in comparison to some other places we ate in Koh Chang. (Probably just because it was all healthier!)
Read moreWe loved the raw pad Thai though, that was utterly delicious and very refreshing
