One option (kinda) - Edit
They took the vegan option off the menu. They still made it for me when I asked. It was pretty good.

Does not cater to vegans - Edit
You can get vegan food here, but you have to be extremely specific and make sure the cook knows what you want. The cook (or owner?) said they can sub refried beans for cheese but said he "thinks it's gross." So I ordered a quesadilla specifying that I did not want meat or cheese and to sub refried beans... it came with meat. So that, along with the cook's attitude, was very disappointing. The Google page should not say they have vegan options imo, because they are resistant to making their food vegan style. Zero stars

Shames the vegan option - Edit
We were in line for food as we saw the vegan option, but left when we realized that the vegan option was ridiculed in the description. A plant-based option is better for the environment and doesn't involve killing animals, regardless if you "recommend your cheese" on a quesadilla.

“Do Not Recommend” - Edit
That’s what they say about their own single vegan option, so I think that speaks for itself.

A nice quick option - Edit
They have one single quesadilla that is beans, peppers, sweet potato, green Chile, minus cheese. It kind of annoyed me that in the description they say “we do not recommend but if we must” or something like that. Like if you have such a problem with a vegan option why even offer it? Anyways, overall was a good, quick bite and I’m grateful. Reasonably priced at $9.

The bare minimum - Edit
Offers the bare minimum option for vegans. The sign says they “do not recommend” trying the vegan quesadilla - which is beans and sweet potatoes. I won’t support this business until they decide to be more accommodating and change their wording around.
