Lots of veggies, beans, salsa, and rice to build a vegan quesadilla. Outdoor seating with games. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Great vegan options! - Edit
The food was surprisingly good! My friends and I took it to go and ate by the water because of the heat but we almost wanted to go back and get more haha

ONLY FOR THE FOOD TRUCK - Edit
On our way into Three Rivers we had the opportunity to try both the restaurant and food truck. The restaurant was a horrible experience. They didn’t put any vegan cheese on the quesadilla and used a sprinkle of soyrizo, when we asked about what sauces were vegan the guy working said “I don’t know” and left it at that. The next day we decided to try the food truck since it was close to our motel. It was amazing. The people working there knew what to suggest to keep the order vegan. This quesadilla was dripping with cheeses and soyrizo.

Vegan quesadillas?! - Edit
Okay, I was not expecting this place to be so vegan friendly. They use Follow Your Heart cheese and soyrizo in their quesadillas. I got their vegetarian option and subbed with vegan cheese and added a few other toppings.
Read moreThe outdoor seating is also great! I’d definitely come back to enjoy a beer or two out there. Also, please note that 3-5pm is their happy hour, so if you time your trip right, you can swoop up on some cheap beers to go with your vegan quesadillas!
