Take-out
Local coffee shop that primarily focuses on drinks and has non-dairy milk options. Also sells a vegan sandwich, which is called the Vegan Delight. It comes with avocado, olive tapenade, mama lil's peppers, tomato, arugula, and cucumber. Also sells a grilled PB+J on Grand Central sourdough that might be vegan, check. Also has various salads. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-5:00pm.

The Vegan Delight lives! - Edit
I was worried the vegan delight mentioned in a review from 2021 may not still be around, but I am happy to report it is still around. I don't know if it's the *best* vegan sandwich in Seattle quite yet, but it's quite delicious. The tapanade gives it a great zing! Even comes with choice of chips or pasta salad- dunno if the chips are vegan, but the lil' pasta salad is.
Read moreThere are also sometimes vegan pastries here, which are great, but make sure to confirm vegan with the barista.
Coffee is also quite good, but there's a large $1 alt milk charge. :(
Oh, and definitely check out the bookstore that's right next to it! Great lil' place with friendly folk.l

Best Vegan Sandwich in Seattle - Edit
This place has the best vegan sandwich I have had in Seattle so far (the Vegan Delight). I go here a few times a month just to get it. The drinks are okay.
