Opened in December 2016, Quattro is a progressive Italian-Mexican vegetarian restaurant with a molecular menu featuring taquitos, stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, upside down margherita pizza, risotto funghi & hazelnut mousse with caramelised popcorn. Has vegan, gluten-free and Jain options. Sister restaurant to SpiceKlub at the same location, and part of a franchise from Mumbai. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-3:30pm, 6:30pm-11:30pm.

Ok. But shouldn’t try and do everything.

Food was quick and fresh.

I would say quality of flavor was average.
Price a bit on the high side but still 100 dirham for dinner

This place tries to serve everything.
So it has Mexican menu Italian menu and Indian menu.

I went with the Italian since there are so many Indian veg places in uae.

Pros: Fresh , Good variety

Cons: You can’t be everything. Or maybe you can.
