Best kind of restaurant in Vietnam - Edit
Rock up and the man rattles off a bunch of dishes in Vietnamese that I can't keep up with. Agree on bun cha gio and it's on the table in two minutes. 30k each later and we're on our way. Have been back since to try the one of the noodle soups and it was also delicious. Not much seating and right on the main road, but it's authentic Vietnamese food in an authentic setting. Highly recommend. The options change depending on the day of the week, but bun cha is avaliable every day.

Great streetside food! - Edit
Tiny place with just two or three shared tables on the street. Menu is mostly noodles priced at 25k. Cannot be disappointed since "nicer" indoor places might cost twice or more and give less food.

Looks like others have already pointed out what makes this place great. It's tucked just off the main road. I used to live close by, so I was there everyday and this lady's food is consistently delicious. I wish she was open for lunch right now! 😅

AMAZING SOUP! - Edit
I just came back from that place and the lady was so adorable and she served me my first meal here, and it was incredibly tasty and cheap! I paid 25 000 DNG for the soup that came with noodles, spices, crunchy things on top. Delicious, I'll come back there tomorrow !

I thought that this was a smashing little place. The woman working there is lovely and she knocks out great pho and great rolls. She said she doesn't add any milk / eggs products to the cooking nor any honey. That they don't seem to sell any mock meats thus indicates this place is all vegan?

Located on busy NKKN street in district 3 - real HCMC ambiance! The woman who works there is lovely and food is really simple and cheap, a typical com chay type of place.
