A bit disappointed with my choice - Edit
I only ate here once so take this review with a grain of salt, but I didn’t love the dish I was recommended. Most of the better looking options were vegetarian, not vegan. There was a helpful English menu though. I ordered the “Variety Mushrooms with Vegetables” Main Course. Mushrooms were a bit too fried for my taste, and the other flavors weren’t outstanding. With all of Hualien’s other options, I wouldn’t return

Wir haben das Restaurant von unserem Hotel empfohlen bekommen. Es ist komplett vegetarisches, auf Wunsch vegan. Eine englische Speisekarte gibt es auch. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

The restaurant have a menu in English. We went for the pizzas that were quite good (but not very big). A little bit pricey but enjoyable.

Modern Fusion Restaurant - Edit
This modern vegetarian restaurant had a variety of classic dishes from around the world to try, including pizza, bibimbap, and curry. I ordered a set meal which was well worth the 199 NT price. There was a hand-translated menu but it was not made clear which options were vegan, most items did contain dairy or eggs. Service was friendly but very slow.

Delicious and value for money - Edit
The place serves many dishes, noddles, rice and vegan and vegetarian. The set is a simple yet good soup, big portion as a main, and a small desert with two sides. The staff doesn’t speak English but does have an English many available.

A Must Try! - Edit
Although most staff spoke very little English one of the waitresses helped translate. Everything is reasonably priced and I found the vegetables and rice topped with fried mushrooms to be quite delicious! If you're looking for a local experience come here!
