A mountain of veggie fajitas - Edit
Both the cilantro rice and the black beans are confirmed vegan, so all you need to do is specify no sour cream or cheese on the veggie fajitas and you'll get enough food for 2-3 meals for $23. Come hungry and prepare for leftovers.

A solid option in Old Folsom - Edit
There aren’t many vegan options in Old Folsom, so I’m super grateful for this place! My go to is the vegetarian fajitas, which is vegan when you skip the sour cream. The staff was knowledgeable about the vegan options. The cilantro rice and black beans are vegan. The fajitas are yummy but pretty heavy on the oil. Really enjoyed the rice and beans too and they make great margaritas! Service can run a little slow, so allow plenty of time.
