Update 2023 - Edit
Non ho mangiato in questo posto perché effettivamente non ci sono opzioni vegane ma solo vegetariane. Unica forse era un pancake di patate senza niente.

Would not recommend. - Edit
Only two vegan options, the other one came with cheese after we ordered it without it.

Beware: fish served in place of vegetarian order - Edit
Great prices and some nice vegetarian options at this potato-themed (yes, potato) franchise. Soup is always vegetarian and the red beetroot soup was excellent, but having ordered a vegetarian ‘Porcieta na camemberta’ (and checked with staff it was veggie) I was instead served one with salmon. Replacement offered but refund chosen instead. Potentially a good option, but buyer beware of careless ordering or kitchen prep.

Cons: Unacceptable fish substitution for ordered meal

Disappointing - Edit
Only the jacket potatoes with ratatouille are vegan. When we ordered two, the waitress recognized there was only one portion left after we already payed. As we wanted to leave than, she only gave us the money for the food back, not the drinks which we hadn‘t touched yet.

For potatoes lovers - Edit
Only few vegan options, but if you love potatoes you won’t be disappointed. Delicious homemade fries, baked potatoes with ratatouille and more. Although only vegetarian dishes are labeled on the menu and you have to ask at the counter for vegan option. But staff is usually very helpful and nice.

lovely food, great portions! - Edit
despite the rather mixed reviews, we tried the food here on our last day in Gdansk and were positively surprised! my jacket potatoes with ratatuj was very well seasoned and tasted great. the portion was well sized. partner really liked his casserole.
Read moreveggie options as well as allergens are clearly marked on the menu and the girl behind the counter knew what was vegan and was also very helpful.
even though this place is right in the city centre, prices are incredibly fair! (we paid about 35 zloty for two mains)
restaurants had to close while we were in the city but take out here was no problem and there's seating options close by.
Pros: big menu with vegan options, afforable prices, tasty

Only few options for vegans - Edit
I think it’s only 2 or 3, for vegetarians I guess it’s more. Although the meal prices are affordable. I took the lentil-potato casserole and it was pretty tasty.

Not very good for vegans - Edit
Not many vegan options at all, unfortunately. Except for fries with ketchup (which where good, but to "simple") they only had one vegan dish which was the ratatuj. The vegan option wasn't really marked in the menu. However, I imagine this place would be quite nice for the potato loving vegetarian, as they had quite alot of options without meat. Cheap as well.

Things marked as vegan not vegan & rude staff - Edit
Was at Pyra Bar tonight and did a really bad impression on me. Things marked as without egg in menu was really with egg in them. The woman behind the register had a bad attitude and sighed each time I asked a question about the ingredients. Also forgot our frites even though we reminded them twice that we had ordered them.
Read moreAt last we got sick of it and left without getting our full order.
Strongly advices every vegan not to go here.
Cons: Rude staff, Mediocre food, Faulty marked menu

okay if with omnis - Edit
We needed an eady spot with a mixed group and went there. The vegan options are limited and fairly boring compared to the omni meals. The lentil stew was really tasty but meh for the ratatouille baked potato. Cheap and fast meals though.

Beautiful & homely food - Edit
This place was beautiful. The menu was clearly labelled and the waitress was able to tell us which were vegan and which were made with egg. I had the stew which was lentil based with (lots) of potatoes baked in the oven. Usually has mozzarella but they did it without. It was -10 degrees outside and snowing so just what we needed. Very cheap too :)

Vegan options included french fries and one jacket potatoes dish. Personally I was not impressed. Plenty of vegetarian dishes that were marked on the english menu.
