Wonderful vegan friendly gem at the heart of Jim Thorpe - Edit
Purple Green juice bar has wonderful juices! I love purple roots and orange carrot ginger. Vegan options include smoothies, avocado toast, scones and brownies.

Read moreWe just had lattes, but this clean tiny place had options that did not sound very interesting to us like things we can make at home (eg, peanut butter banana toast).
Full disclosure of my bias: I so wish Jim Thorpe had better vegan options like even a tofu scramble, smoothie places are not really my thing, I can make them at home. But if you like smoothies and menu options that include acai berries then you might just love this place.

Pros: Have 1 option for non-dairy milk & assortment of , vegan options
Cons: They only carry almond milk - soy and oat are so , much better
