Great spot for breakfast - Edit

I really enjoy their Acai bowls. They have many to choose from and are happy to leave off the honey if the bowl you want includes it. I often get the protein acai bowl with mango. They also have juices and coffees in glass jars, which you can return for credit. On the weekends, the line can sometimes be out to door!

I had really high expectations but poor customer service took away from my experience. I customized a bowl to make it vegan (removed bee pollen, etc.) and paid a few dollars for add-ons. I called to ask if the online order I placed was accurate since it stated that it would take 40 minutes to make the bowl. A young woman stated that was accurate. I was already on the road and on my way to the store, so I went straight there and arrived in seven minutes. When I arrived, the order was sitting in the fridge, already prepared. I didn’t get a notification. Meaning that if I had showed up 40 minutes later, as instructed, the order would’ve been sitting there that whole time. I got to the car to realize the things that I had removed were included and none of the add-ons that I paid for were included. When I went back into the shop I learned that they were out of some of the items that I paid for. Not a huge deal, understanding that supply chain issues are real. But you should notify your customers of this. There were a few other issues but I don’t feel like ranting further. Poor customer service and the product was just OK in the end.

Great smoothies, juices, and açaí bowls. Along with ginger shots, wheatgrass shots, and homemade coffee.

BEST Juice Bar in Baltimore! Hands down!! - Edit

Pure Raw Juice has an awesome plant-based menu and a really welcoming environment. I've been coming here for a few years now and LOVE EVERYTHING about this place!! The cold-pressed juices, the acai & pitaya bowls, the Almond Butter Cup smoothie... it's all DELICOUS. Do yourself a favor and visit Pure Raw Juice! You'll be happy you did. Their entire menu is Vegan (minus the honey, the cashew mylk (has honey) and bee pollen). I'm proud to have this juice bar here in Baltimore!

Pros: Their acai bowls are the best I've had in the USA, Their pineapple juice is paradise in a bottle!!, The people here are very welcoming and it's great!
