Southern Comfort Breakfast Sandwich/Chipotle Bowl - Edit
This was my first visit and the breakfast sandwich was really good. I purchased the Chiptole Bowl and ate it the next day. It is really good and seasoned well. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop by.

Haven’t found an item on the menu that I haven’t liked yet! Super yummy breakfast sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, and salads. Cole slaw was yummy. The waffle fries are delicious and they give you a huge serving (enough to share). The loaded waffle fries are delicious too! Soft serve was good but expensive for the serving size (looks like a kid cone for $5). Items in the fridge are really good!!

The bbq chick’n sandwich was really good. I only wish there was a bit more slaw on the sandwich. The chili cheese fries were a little spicy but very good. There were so much fries, my mom couldn’t eat them all. The cookie was just ok and the banana muffin was a little bland and very dense. Overall, I would go back but not order dessert.

So confused by reviews less than 5 stars. I had the Southern Comfort which is an impossible breakfast sandwich and it was DELICIOUS!!! It was pretty cheap & I was worried it wouldn’t be filling on an English muffin but I was wrong. I also had the cheezecake which was great too, although kinda sweet. Would recommend

I got the waffle which came out not warm, still delicious because it’s banana and peanut butter and chocolate, but would have preferred it hot or a little warm. A bit dense, but it is GF. Friend ordered the kale salad and was later told they didn’t have the ingredients for that so they (very nicely) asked if she’d be okay with the chipotle salad using kale instead of lettuce. She enjoyed it as made. Staff was friendly but would bet their juices and smoothies are their selling point. Didn’t try, but would be open to going back and testing them out.

Tasty vegan "junk" food and juice bar - Edit
It's kind of a weird combo, a cold-pressed juicery with really delicious vegan junk food; I go for the junk food. I've been there probably once a month since my first time. Always take out or delivery, and I have to say...the food travels pretty well and tastes good!
Read moreThey have several very tasty mock chicken options and impossible burgers. I didn't love the spice on the buffalo chicken, but the chicken bacon ranch is great. My partner will always eat the waffle fries. The PJB burger is my fave burger. The cupcakes are hit or miss, but the cashew cheesecake is consistently perfect and delicious. The acai bowl I tried was also good! I am trying to be a little more calorie conscious, so I wish there were a few more vegetable options (they have a couple of salads, one of which is a bean/quinoa bowl and is very good, and the other two are mockmeat/cheese with some lettuce).
I have yet to try the waffles, but suspect they are also delicious. If you're looking for a little vegan indulgence, this is a great spot. Only one star robbed because I'm old now and I can't eat like this more than once a month!
Pros: very tasty food and cheezecake, fair pricing ($12 for a sandwich pretty standard), food consistently good and made to order

Wonderful cozy spot with outdoor seats and flavors that will blow your mind. I'm vegan and hubby is vegan gluten free so finding food we can have at the same location is a challenge. I had the Jalapeno burger and he had the banana gf waffle. We loved everything. Well worth the hour and a half drive. We will definitely be back.

So good and so many vegan options. My favorites are the breakfast burger, southwest burger, and the Buffalo ranch fries. My boyfriend loves all the chicken sandwiches too! You won’t be disappointed.

My partner and I wanted to support a local black owned business in Cary and stopped by to get food togo during Covid. The staff was friendly, giving some popular recommendations and food was quick!
Read moreI got the rainbow burger which is your traditional (vegan) burger with LTO and pickles topped with this delicious sweet asian sauce and my partner got a Chick'n Sandwich with some honee mustard. We even decided to take a breakfast sandwich which is a chick'n patty on a vegan English muffin with honey mustard togo. I also got a raw, vegan cheesecake and he went for a healthier glow juice which is apple, lemon, cucumber, ginger, celery and aloe. We also both had to get our own set of fries.
The staff was safe in the handling of the food and my partner said it was the best vegan sandwich he's had. We'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Tasty lunch but not quick - Edit
There were a handful of tasty vegan options for lunch. I had the special: jalapeño cornbread waffles with chili. It took some time but not unreasonable. It was quite good, my husband had the rainbow burger and it had a nice flavor. The juice was good. They did give us a treat for being understanding of the wait time so it must not be the usual.

It’s a good place to take some juice but not for lunch , they haven’t many plant-options... And I think is expensive: I ordered the Budha bowl and a punch juice, and my check was $20. The bowl was smaller and the taste too vinaigrette for me.

Pure juicery is only a few miles away from South Durham and is 100%plant based. They have juices, smoothies, some food options like burgers, a wrap, waffles, acai bowls and a few more options. They also have some baked goods off and on from a local vegan bakery. I rated them a 4 only because their juices and smoothies don't hold a candle to my favorite juice and smoothy place - Living Kitchen. The Chapel Hill Living Kitchen location closed just before this place opened so I'm glad to have another vegan friendly juice place closer than Raleigh.
