Big servings and welcoming ambiance - Edit
Was going for a late morning breakfast next door for the seitan bagel sandwich but saw this place and thought that it seems healthier and fun to try something different, was a good decision. I ordered a pupusa plate with mushrooms, beans and spinach, and although it was delicious, I couldn’t finish it, maybe because I ate also a lot of the plantain chips with the tomato sauce and coleslaw salad. But my partner just ate all that I left.

Vegan cheese, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, beans and more are options on your 3 filling pupusa. Two filed me with the pickled cabbage side that came with. Will explore menu more next time as it looked like there is yuca entree. Try the horchata!! Its much different then a Mexican horchata. El Salvador horchata tastes like sesame & peanuts! This is located in a shopping strip on Arapahoe with free parking. #Veganuary

So many options for fillings: vegan cheese, beans, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, kale, loroco (flower), pineapple, ajo. Fermented coleslaw and tomato salsa is great!

It was the first time I ate pupusas. And I must say I love them!
Read moreThe pupusas were full of delicious flavors. They are easy to order vegan and are naturally gluten free.
The staff was super friendly and gave us perfect advice and service.
The desserts and coffees were also excellent.
Highly recommended.
I will eat Pupusas again :-)
