Delicious Road-trip Stop

Ask which of the vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. We thoroughly enjoyed the samosas, yellow dhal, and aloo gobhi. This is a truck stop and largely serves take-out, but the restaurant is an adorable cabin and is really nice for eating in. We stayed in a nearby motel on a long road trip and this laid back delicious restaurant was exactly what we needed at the end of our day.
