Pulaski BBQ is a must-visit for BBQ lovers. Their smoked tofu is absolutely remarkable. Being from the BBQ capitol of the world, Texas, I've never encountered smoked tofu at this quality.

Great vegan and vegetarian options - Edit
Would rate 5 stars if I could but they aren’t strictly vegan/vegetarian. Smoked tofu is the bomb. You can sub it on any sandwich or taco instead of other smoked proteins that are animal based. We adore the pork style tofu tacos. They come with spring onions vegan kimchi and are a flavor bomb in your mouth. Smoked cauliflower is also a favorite. Daily specials are offered. You can order a quart of vegan kimchi to take home and we do this regularly.
