Even the Grandbaby loved it! - Edit
The waiter was very nice. He was helpful when guiding us through the vegan options. Offered to check on things for is if he wasn’t sure. The free tortillas and salsa were fresh and delicious. They were not stingy with them and refilled them twice. The grandbaby who usually only eats white rice ate half of my enchilada, bites of his Papa’s burrito AND insisted the leftovers are going home with him!

So Fresh! - Edit
I was super happy to see the vegetarian section on the wide and diverse menu. Lots of options throughout for vegetarians, and the vegetarian platters are all easy to adjust for vegans—just no cheese or sour cream, pretty much. Staff was super friendly and provided great service. I got the spinach and mushroom enchiladas with no cheese sauce—the flavors were so fresh and delicious! The salsa was very fresh, and they had homemade Horchata that was vegan (rice milk, no honey). We really enjoyed the great, fresh food!!!
