A very nice and beautiful restaurant with serious respect for vegan customers

It’s a nice restaurant with a very beautiful garden in the back. The food is delicious. The cooks are Chinese but all of the food is adapted to western tastes. Actually when I was in the restaurant, I didn’t see a single customer with Chinese features, so it would be a good place to go for both Chinese and westerners.

There are many dishes marked vegetarian and vegan in the menu. As we expressed our desire to eat vegan, the cook made a few other recommendations not on the menu as well. Usually some Chinese would put fish sauce into the salad or boil vegetables in the same pot as meat despite the request that the food should be vegan. But this restaurant takes great pains to make everything really vegan. As I walked across the hallway to the bathroom, I heard the chef emphasizing to the staff how important it is to cook it vegan.

Of course, everything is delicious. Plus, you want to enjoy the quaint charm of Aarberg.

Pros: Many vegan options , Delicious , Reasonably priced

A rare vegan-aware Chinese restaurant

Chinese cooking is easy to veganize but few restaurants seize the opportunity. Here we get clear declarations discerning between vegetarian and vegan so we can assume the know-how is there. I haven't eaten there yet but seems to be a good choice.
