Truly delicious food! We had the crab cakes, the seitan Marsala, and the lasagne. Super cute place. Friendly staff. I can’t wait to go back.

Great Taste, Service, Not that Healthy - Edit
Don't go here looking for a bowl of veggies or a wide selection of salads. This is more of a heavy-take-your-non-vegan-friends-to-dinner place. Everything was great. Just on the heavy side. Perfect location for theater.

Great Restaurant - Edit
Took the train to NY city from buffalo. About 8 hours. We were tired and hungry and this was our first stop in the city. My wife and two boys all ordered a ton and we ate everything. It was so delicious!! Nachos and chicken pot pie were our favorite. I’m sorry I did not save the photos. Ended up being our favorite restaurant on the trip. Give it try!

Amazing meal - Edit
I give a lot of good reviews but this was by far one of the best vegan meals we’ve ever had. Also the most expensive meal I’ve ever bought, but I’m not from NYC, so I know that makes a difference. We got burgers (beyond), “chicken” pot pie, alphredo, “crab” cakes, and a beet salad.

A regular go to for great vegan food - Edit
Love PS Kitchen, whether for brunch, lunch or dinner out ♡
Read moreBeen here multiple times and when we visit NYC.
Most recently ordered Black N Bleu Burger, Mac and Cheese, and Caesar salad to go for the first time. Burger was solid but not their best this time. Caesar was great. And the star of the show, the Mac and Cheese. My husband, "the mac is insanity".
Maitake wings are my personal favorite ♡

Wonderful Vegan Comfort Food - Edit
This lovely spot is definitely geared toward comfort food! I started with their Side Salad, which was easily the best, most substantial side salad I have ever eaten. Followed that with the “Chicken” Pot Pie, which was practically perfect in every way. Finished the meal with a shared Brownie with Ice Cream and left full & happy! Highly recommend!

Phenomenal location and ethics, great food - Edit
I’ve been here four times, and highly recommend it. While not everything on the menu is extremely tasty (e.g the noodles and the desserts are good but not outstanding), this place rocks the best crab cakes I’ve ever eaten and the lasagna is excellent.

Our After Theater Go-To - Edit
We love P.S. Kitchen especially because they stay open late- this is our stand by after seeing a show, for a cocktail and dinner.
Read moreEverything I've tried there has been yummy, the Chicken Pot Pie, Homemade Lasagna, Caesar Salad with Crispy Chicken and this last visit had the Colombian Potato Soup, Crabby Cakes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and the Me, Myself & Chai (Spiced Rum, Hot Chai Tea, Demerara, Oat Milk) cocktail. It was all delicious as always!
They donate 100% of the profits to charity so why not have delicious vegan food and help with their mission of doing good in the world!?
Pros: Yummy vegan food , Friendly service , Open late

Amazing wee find - Edit
Lovely hidden gem, fantastic food, great friendly staff. My only issue was the main came before we'd finished eating our starter. Brussels were to die for. Portions unfortunately to big for me. Takeaway offered however we couldn't take with us. #Veganuary

A great vegan restaurant for before the show! - Edit
We were celebrating our anniversary with a trip to NYC for dinner at a vegan restaurant and to see Spamalot (oh, the irony). I was thrilled to find P.S. Kitchen just a few minutes away from our theatre and with such glowing reviews. We made reservations and were promptly seated a few minutes before our time. All the wait staff were friendly and welcoming, with none more so than our waiter Pedro. He really made our dining experience special by being so attentive and accommodating. He took time to answer all our questions and even made suggestions based on our preferences. We shared our dishes and ordered the Golden Beet Salad and Maitake Wings for appetizers. We had the Seitan Marsala and Chicken Pot Pie for entrees. Each dish was delicious and unique. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Pot Pie. It was a lot of food! We probably could have just had the two entrees and been full. We thought because it was NYC in the Theatre district and the prices were reasonable, the portions would be small but they were very generous. Don't miss this place, and be sure to say hello to Pedro - he's a gem!

First Night in NYC - Edit
We wanted something near Times Square for our first night in NYC. P. S. Kitchen was a perfect first meal—enjoyed our burger, fries, and Brussels sprouts. We enjoy travel rules—dairy and wheat okay, so the burger satisfied our indulgent choices. That the restaurant supports nonprofits is a great add-on.
