Great vegan spot in Theater District

Pot pie was amazing. Brownie was delicious. Server asked if we were attending a show to ensure we were done in time.

Delicious food right near Theater District

I’m vegan and my parents are not but I took them to PS Kitchen before a Broadway Show and my mom was still raving about her lunch after the Broadway show! It is so good! Adorable place with seating indoors and out. We shared beer salad and seasonal cold pear fennel soup. She got The sweet Thai chili chickn Sammie and I got a BBQ mushroom sammie both on pretzel rolls. And the carrot cake is to die for. I will upload some pics and apologize that I kept eating before I remembered to take pics!

Pros: Great food, Perfect location for midtown events, Super nice staff and cute place

This restaurant serves delicious burgers and tasty fries. We ordered online; it was quick and easy. The restaurant is very cute, we can't wait to dine in soon.

Great pre-Broadway lunch with the family

My family is not vegan and they really enjoyed their meals here. Plenty of delicious meals, cocktails and lattes. I had the golden beet salad with added « chicken » and thoroughly enjoyed it. My boyfriend had the impossible burger and the rest of the family enjoyed the French toast, French fries and chicken wrap. The serving staff was incredible. They were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our experience.
The people who were nonvegan even said they would go back!

Pros: Quality of food, Service, Types of meals offered

Cons: Décor

Great food.

It was hard to choose what to get because there’s so many great choices. The vegan pot pie was really savory. It’s a bit rare to find that anywhere! The mushroom wings were also excellent - crispy and saucy. Potato salad also delicious. Highly recommend.

Great Food. Great Program

We sat at the bar and had a great meal before the theater. Seitan Marsala was awesome and so was the Caesar salad. The restaurant donated all of its profits and provides a hand up - not a handout to those in need….offering jobs and support to people re- entering the job force. Read about it on their website!

Pros: Great people, Great food, Great location.

Thai chilli chicken burger

This burger was one of the best chicken burgers I have ever eaten! The fries are like McDonald's fries but much, much better. Absolute 10/10 highly recommend

Tasty and delicious

P.S. Kitchen serve a good range of salads and pasta, presented in a 'high end' manner. However, somewhat overpriced for what essentially is rather basic.

An excellent vegan restaurant

I visited with my family (parents + one sibling) at lunch time on a weekday. The food was so so so good! I had the mac & cheese, which was delicious! My family was also very content with their food. The service was ok, and the interior was nice but it was quite noisy there.

Pros: Excellent food, Fully plant-based!

Cons: Noisy

Incredibly good

This place is so worth the splurge. Each dish we had was so good! We especially loved the Maitake Wings! Our entrees were all also really good. The Cheesecake was also heavenly -- don't let the small size fool you -- it is very rich and filling -- and tasty! The staff were very attentive and friendly.

My savior for the week

I have celiacs and am vegan. I always worry about being able to eat when I’m on vacation, especially since I need gluten free options. I was visiting NYC for a 5 day trip and was happy to find a restaurant with options so close to my hotel. In the end, I ended up eating dinner here every single night of my trip. I have anxiety about eating out because of my allergy, but P.S. Kitchen had multiple options and took the care needed to ensure my food was GF. The wait staff was incredibly nice and consistent over the days I was there. I tried every GF option on the menu and had no complaints. This place has great burgers (with great GF buns), delicious beet salad, GF cheesecake and brownies, and much more. I plan to eat here whenever I’m in town.

Pros: Service, Allergy Friendly, All Vegan

Cons: Small venue/limited seating

Supremely mediocre

Was excited by the hype and high reviews around this restaurant, but was sorely disappointed. The menu is quite extensive but the food lacked flavor. We ordered the following:
- Linguini Alfredo: very meh vegan cheese
- Mac and Cheese: heavy
- Truffle sides: actually okay

Great food and service!

Wonderful restaurant! I can't resist the pot pie. Delicious and a big portion. Reminds me of the old days when my parents made pot pies. So good. Also got a side salad, all of the ingredients were super fresh. My husband got truffle fries. For an appetizer we got the mushrooms. Everything was flavored well. The service was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Pros: Pot Pie, Excellent Service, Relaxing Vibe

Cons: A little pricey (but worth it)

Great food, marginal service

Had reservation for 5:00,arrived 4:40. Were seated upstairs next to very noisy party, and underneath a neon wall art that cast a blue shadow on everything.
Service was initially excellent, but as the restaurant became more busy, service became marginal, so bad that after getting dessert menus we ended up ghosted so long that we had to leave instead of having dessert (had show tickets).
Food was excellent, especially crab cakes. For entrées: chick'n pot pie>seitan marsella>lasagna>pasta Alfredo

Pros: Crab cakes, Chick'n pot pie

Cons: Service lacking in a restaurant at price point

Amazing vegan eatery

I visited here on my way to a broadway show. So great to find a unique place in such a crazy busy area. The food was so amazing! I switched out the sauce for a less spicy sauce on the sandwich and it was great!

AMAZING

Really hip and cool atmosphere, delicious food, and kind staff! They made sure we would be on time to the broadway show we were seeing later that night. We got the Thai chicken sandwich, the Alfredo, and the lasagna (as well as the tiramisu, Panna cotta, and slice of rainbow pride cake). All very good!

Good, Easy to get a reservation

I thought this was fine and I was actually able to get a reservation as opposed to other places like Dirt Candy.

Chicken pot pie was good all around and ample; the crust was tasty though a little dry, the filling could have used a little move flavor/salt.

Non vegan friend thought the beyond burger was "fine".

Mocktails were tasty.
