Love happy cow for showing me the way! This place has yummy vegan empanadas to meals. Went for breakfast and started with empanadas! Flaky and tasty! Got the scrambled tofu with great toast. Interesting the toast is served dry. They do not have jam. But meal was lovely.

I have eaten at this establishment a few times before and the food was decent. This past week I had a crazy experience which made me reach out to the owner and unfortunately I never received a response so I am now posting here to warn others. On Monday I called the restaurant at 3 o’clock to place a very simple pick up order for a hummus and falafel wrap, I was running late on my way to work and figured this would be the quickest healthy vegan option I had. The man I spoke to told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, perfect! I arrived about 35 minutes later and was told my food wasn’t ready yet. I told him that I couldn’t wait as I was running late to work and it was more than double the time I was quoted. The guy looked behind him and saw a box and told me it was actually mine. I thought it was a bit odd but was happy to have food to eat so I paid for it and left. When he rang me up it says chickpea wrap which I just assumed was another name for the hummus wrap (since hummus is made of chickpeas) When I opened the box to eat my lunch it was the wrong order. I tried it and did not like it at all, it was chickpeas in some sort of dressing in a wrap. I called the restaurant back and after about 15 minutes the same guy picked up the phone. I told him I received the wrong order and his response was that it was my fault and said I had an attitude. I was completely shocked I was being spoken to in this manner! I asked him for a refund and he refused. He told me to come back and I told him I get off of work at midnight so unless he could wait until then I wouldn’t be able to. He refused to give me his name after I asked multiple times. Clearly this person is in the wrong industry and giving the restaurant a horrible name. I’m hoping the owner sees this and fixes the problem. I have still been charged to this day for the wrong food which I didn’t eat and then was harassed about it told it was my fault. Completely unacceptable!

Relaxing Lunch - Edit
Stopped in for my first lunch at PS Green and had the LTL sandwich. This sandwich was delicious!! Topped off with roasted potatoes and a Kombucha Ginger & Lime drink - I had a great time. They were a bit short handed so, the meal took longer than normal, so make sure you bring both your appetite and patience because it was worth it. Also - they serve you but, please remember to clear your own table.

I ate here this morning and the entire experience was AWFUL. We arrived and were the only ones in the restaurant. We grabbed menus and sat at an open table. A server came over to take our orders. I couldn’t hear/understand anything he said. We all ordered water and got that quickly. The server came back to place our food orders. We waited about 15 minutes and the people behind us who arrived about 5-10 minutes after us received their food. They also asked for changes to their order and received additional assistance. The first person in my party’s lemon blueberry pancakes arrived. The plate was missing the tofu scramble she asked for, so he took the plate back, nudged over the pancakes and added about 1-2 tablespoons of tofu scramble and brought it back out. She tasted it and immediately said it had too much turmeric and it tasted awful. The next person ordered the breakfast burrito, which was essentially a tortilla filled with the same tofu scramble. He had asked for chorizo and avocado to be added to his wrap. He was given a plain wrap. The people behind us must have gotten his wrap. When he reminded the server that he asked for the additions, the server just stared blankly at him. So me and my partner both ordered the lumberjack platter. After waiting nearly half an hour, we finally asked the server if our food was coming. He said it was ready and he’d grab it in a second. He then got something else for the table behind us. Finally after waiting what felt like forever, we finally got our food. It was cold, as if it’d been sitting forgotten about for quite some time. It was bland and the portions were small. I was expecting a hearty delicious meal based on the name, “Lumberjack Platter”. I ate it only out of courtesy. The food was palatable after adding tobacco sauce. Also, my blueberry lemon pancakes had no lemon and tasted heavily of banana. The final disappointment was when the server refuses to split the bill because we were at “one table”.

I love this place. We found it on Happy Cow after we flew into Fort Lauderdale airport. They have all-day breakfast and both healthy and less healthy options on the menu to choose from. We went back the next day because we wanted to try other things on the menu. Both times were delicious, the service was fast and very nice. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a casual spot to get simple and delicious food.

Cute interior, delicious food. You can choose to go healthier or junk food vegan here, which is a plus. Both times I opted for the build your own bowl with quinoa, lentils, and almost every topping they offered. The lite garlic sauce was also on point. The food delivers well if you opt for delivery (which I did once).
